Join us for a holiday yoga flow and live music experience to feel Zen this busy season. This special 75-minute warm slow flow class features live acoustic guitar and vocals by Jim Carroll. Afterward stay for a holiday drink (or mocktail) and soak in the spirit of the season. Bring a yoga mat. The studio will be a comfortable temperature. Cost: $30 non-members. $20 members. End of Year Release & Ritual Ceremony

This end-of-year ritual has become my way of creating space for what truly matters. In the stillness between the holidays and the New Year, we pause to reflect on how the past year has shaped us—its lessons, challenges, and moments of growth—while releasing the weight of emotions, beliefs, or grudges that no longer belong.

This two-hour ceremony invites you to let go and reset through grounding breathwork, somatic movement, reflective journaling, a symbolic letting go ritual, and a deeply restorative sound bath. Step into 2025 feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to the path ahead.
